This idea of ‘your diet being a cult’ is ridiculous… and harmful. It’s harmful to the many people who are looking into a diet and could be turned off by someone calling it a cult. They might be thinking to themselves… “I don’t want to be in a cult... I just want to get healthier." A diet is simply a way of eating. Nothing more, nothing less… Let us prove it to you.

  • Why NAMING your diet is fine… in fact that is how humans learn and categorize differences.
