We have a special guest on this week’s podcast: Adrienne Dykeman-Hamilton. Adrienne is a team member at Gainsborough Family Chiropractic and has an absolutely amazing story! Adrienne has lost over 120 pounds (to date), has quit smoking, and MOST importantly is OFF of all her anti-depression meds.

Here Is What We Covered

  • What to say to a person with depression or mental illness that will come across loving and supportive.
  • What to ABSOLUTELY NOT say… because it will make you look really bad and have the person you are trying to help be turned off by you.
  • The most important THING you absolutely must do if you are willing to make a change permanent in your life.
  • Simple strategies for success. These things almost always sound cliche, however, they got that way because THEY WORK. Please listen as Adrienne shares what she did to help her FIND her health and most importantly END her suffering (and how she did it). You can do this to!
  • The frustration and pain of detox and how what we perceive to be the WORST thing ever is often just what we needed to get over the hump.
