30-Day Challenge Starts Monday!

Life By Design

For those of you that are new to the Life By Design 30-Day Challenge, welcome! Lets start by painting a picture of the gold standard of living By Design.

1. Eat By Design is an approach to fulfill your nutrient requirements so your body can function at it’s best.

You require fat, protein and micronutrients and the best sources are pasture raised, healthy animal meat, fish and seafood, wild game, eggs, organ meats, vegetables, roots and tubers, healthy fats (coconut, grass fed butter, avocado, olive oil) and limited nuts, seeds and fruit.

Avoid all grains, legumes, grain-like substances and vegetable oils.

Dairy is a grey area, and dairy of any kind may not be By Design for you. If this is your very first challenge, I strongly recommend that you eliminate it entirely for the next 30 days and pay attention to how you feel and function, especially your energy, digestion, poops and skin. If you choose to keep dairy in, stick to only full fat, unpasteurized sources like butter, cream or cheese.

2. Move By Design helps you fulfill your movement requirements so your body moves as it should.

Do me a favour… stand up and try to bear a full squat.

Not so easy is it?

Now ask a small child to do the same.

They can do it effortlessly… and so could you at some point but somewhere along the way you lost the ability to move your joints through their full range of motion.

Move By Design teaches you how to regain your mobility, lift heavy (if you are a female, no, you won’t get bulky), how to go fast and move slow.

3. Think By Design shows you how to fulfill your thought requirements so you can think clearer, be more productive and enjoy life with a more positive attitude.

Developing a conscious philosophy and clarifying your purpose aren’t just for philosophers. They are for people just like you and me that want a framework to help guide our decisions… for people that want to be driven towards something rewarding and meaningful.

Think By Design helps you develop these tools, along with building the self-esteem to empower you to take action.

4. Power By Design fulfills your body’s requirement for a clear spine and nerve system.

If I were to stop you in the street and ask you how important your brain and your spinal cord are to your health, what would you say?

Extremely important!

Chiropractic adjustments help restore the spine and nerve system to its optimal state, helping with the problems you already know about, but more importantly the problems you don’t know about.

To create a truly extraordinary life you must do everything above at the same time, for a period of time, preferably a lifetime.

  • Not watch TV.
  • Train at CrossFit three days a week.
  • Run a food prep day every Sunday.
  • Use their foam roller every day.
  • Journal each night before bed.
  • Eliminate chocolate.
  • Eliminate all grains.
  • Have their family’s nerve system checked weekly.
