I think that my kids actually jumped for joy when I made them gummies for the first time.

"Mom, it's like real jello that the other kids get!"

But what made me so happy was that I actually feel really good giving them these gummy snacks because they are healthy.

Gelatin is good for you. And it just seems to have so many benefits that I recommend including it in your diet regularly. As you know we recommend that you consume homemade bone broth regularly right? Well, this is another great source of gelatin and it is alot quicker to make (and personally, i'd say a lot more fun:-).

I use Great Lakes Gelatin. It is a good quality source of gelatin. Just make sure to get the orange bottle, because the green kind does not gel.

And if you are looking for some cool moulds, you can get those HERE.

Now, my recipe uses organic juice...no sugar added but still full of sugar. You can definitely make these with fruit and no sweetener as Dr. Rachelle did HERE. I just really preferred the sweetness of the juice.
