Warm Peaches with Butter Pecans

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter, divided
  • 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 peaches cut into ½ inch slices
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon, less than 1/8 teaspoon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ¼ cup full fat coconut milk

Steps

  1. Using a small pan, melt ½ tablespoon butter over medium low heat.
  2. Add chopped pecans.
  3. Cook, stirring often for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove pecans to a separate plate.
  5. Add remaining ½ tablespoon of butter to pan. Let melt.
  6. Add sliced peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sea salt.
  7. After 3 minutes turn the peaches over.
  8. Place cooked peaches in a bowl. Top with pecans and drizzle coconut milk on top.
