Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter, divided
- 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 peaches cut into ½ inch slices
- Sprinkle of cinnamon, less than 1/8 teaspoon
- Pinch of sea salt
- ¼ cup full fat coconut milk
Steps
- Using a small pan, melt ½ tablespoon butter over medium low heat.
- Add chopped pecans.
- Cook, stirring often for 5 minutes.
- Remove pecans to a separate plate.
- Add remaining ½ tablespoon of butter to pan. Let melt.
- Add sliced peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sea salt.
- After 3 minutes turn the peaches over.
- Place cooked peaches in a bowl. Top with pecans and drizzle coconut milk on top.
