Ingredients
- 4 cans wild caught tuna, packed in water
- 4 ribs of celery, diced
- ½ red onion, diced
- 1 cup carrots, peeled and shredded
- ½ cup raw almonds, chopped
- Romaine lettuce leaves
- ½ cup By Design mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Drain the water from the tuna and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Chop the celery, onion, carrot and almonds and add to the bowl.
- Prepare the By Design mayonnaise and pour on top of the ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper and combine.
- Serve piled high on romaine lettuce leaves.
