EBD Recipe: Trail Mix

Eat By Design

Prep Time: 3 minutes

You can substitute or add other ingredients if you want. And don’t worry about the measurements... just don't overdo it.

1/2 cup of the trail mix is equivalent to 1 serving.

Ingredients

  • ½ handful of pecans
  • ½ handful of almonds
  • ¼ handful raisins
  • ¼ handful organic dried cranberries
  • Small handful coconut
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds

Steps

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
