EBD Recipe: Maple Vanilla Nut Butter

Eat By Design

Prep time: 5 minutes (depending on strength of blender)

Cook time: none

Special equipement: blender or food processor

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups cashews
  • 1.5 cups pecans
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt

Steps

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Dip apple slices in the Maple Vanilla Cashew Pecan Butter or spread on sliced bananas.
