EBD Recipe: Cinnamon Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • Seeds of 1 pumpkin
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° degrees.
  2. Melt 3 tablespoons of coconut oil.
  3. Pour coconut oil over rinsed and dried pumpkin seeds.
  4. Add cinnamon and salt.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
