Today I am going to show you how to make a very simple breakfast called B'Eggs (Bacon and Egg Muffin Cups if you prefer long titles:-).
This is a recipe that you can make ahead of time (they will last 3-4 days in the fridge). That means that you do not have to worry about how you will make time for breakfast or what you will have for a midafternoon snack for the next few days.
