EBD Recipe: Apple And Chicken Salad

Eat By Design

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: None

Special equipment: Immersion/stick blender

Ingredients

  • 4 pre-cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 ribs of celery, diced
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 4 Ida Red apples, diced
  • ½ cup By Design mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Chop or pull apart with 2 forks the pre-cooked chicken breasts and place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Chop the celery, onion and apple and add to the bowl.
  3. Prepare the By Design mayonnaise and pour on top of the ingredients.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and combine.
